By accessing or using Cally, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

payments 2. Accounts & Billing

You are responsible for safely maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. All payments made via our system are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated. You agree to provide accurate usage logs.

block 3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Cally for any unlawful purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, making spoofed calls to unverified targets, participating in harassment, or bypassing VAPI limits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating this clause immediately.

In no event shall Cally, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.
